I recently got the opportunity to visit the new location for St Paul Pipeworks plumbing company. I was really impressed by the increase in garage and office space. I was warmly greeted by Mary Liz at the front desk and it was fun to see all of the plumbers loading up their trucks to prepare for the first jobs of the day. Charlie, the owner, was happy to show me all of the aspects of the shop.

With the increase in size and staff, St Paul Pipeworks had the opportunity to purchase a brand new truck to add to its fleet. I had never thought about what the interior of a plumbing truck entailed. I guess I assumed they just loaded a couple of toilets and a few wrenches and called it a day. I was wrong! So Charlie and I thought it would be a nice idea to give you all the chance to see some of the inner workings of a St Paul Pipeworks plumbing truck and to offer a video tour for you.

The first thing you will see and what sets a St Paul Pipeworks truck apart is how many items they actually pack into the truck, including specialty tools, fittings, pipe and new fixtures to make it as efficient as possible. This is proof of how prepared the plumbers are to get the job done as fast as possible. With all of the parts and tools that they fit into the truck, they are extremely organized and pay attention to every last detail. The 100+ drawers are divided and inventoried down to every last washer. It is also impressive how many extra faucets, toilets and disposals they keep on hand for any last minute changes the customer may want to make.

The other thing that really impressed me was how important it is for all of their plumbers to be as safe and clean as possible. During these trying times, all of the trucks are stocked with masks and hand sanitizer. They have always been required to wear boot covers upon entering any home. The trucks each have dozens of freshly cleaned white cloth tarps to cover floors, countertops, and appliances. They go above and beyond to keep everything clean and safe while driving around the Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN metro areas.

Please take the time to enjoy this informative video tour. If you are in need of a quality plumbing company with a fully stocked trucks in the St. Paul, MN area, I recommend you contact them today.
