Kitchen Remodeling

A kitchen remodel is one of the most valuable upgrades for your home. It can add to the enjoyment of your home for your family and guests, and it can improve your home’s value when you sell. If you are thinking of updating your kitchen, plumbing is an essential part of it. You will need an experienced & expert plumber to help you plan and to install all your plumbing and essential kitchen fixtures. Bathroom Remodel

Bathroom updates are a popular way to enhance the value and enjoyment of your home. The small space of a bathroom requires careful planning to make sure that the layout is well planned. We are here to help you plan a bathroom that is not only functional and beautiful, but also practical. Our professional plumbing contractors will install your new vanity, tub, shower, and toilet updates so that you can enjoy worry-free use of your new space for years to come.

Pipe Replacement

Pipes are the delivery and exit vehicles for all of your plumbing fixtures and appliances. Galvanized iron pipes were commonly installed in homes built before 1970. They are manufactured with a zinc coating to prevent corrosion. Over time, this zinc coating can erode and corrosion works its way to the pipe material, where the pipe walls themselves can erode. If you are experiencing reductions in water pressure, brownish colored bath or sink water, or failing water fixtures or appliances that use tap water, you may have corroded pipes.

Pipes made of copper can be equally problematic. Corrosive water and low-quality copper pipes can result in pinhole leaks that are difficult to detect until they grow bigger. You may experience damp spots in your flooring or drywall, a reduction in water pressure or flow, or discolored water – all signs that your copper pipes are losing their structural integrity.

It is important to replace corroded pipes immediately to avoid water damage from leaks and to improve the water pressure in your home. We remove the bad pipes, dispose of them properly, and install new pipes likely made with copper, CPVC, or PEX pipe. Our plumbers will inspect, evaluate, and propose a plan to replace your compromised pipes with minimal disruption to walls and ceilings. For top-quality residential plumbing in the Twin Cities area, you can trust the professionals at St Paul Pipeworks.
